As a Cross Domain Test Manager – Core Banking Transformation, you will lead the end‑to‑end testing strategy for a major transformation program. You will oversee testing activities across Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services, ensuring quality delivery and seamless coordination among multiple project teams.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Testing Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for the transformation program.
  • Define testing governance, standards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance across all testing domains.

Test Execution & Management

  • Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End‑to‑End Testing.
  • Coordinate testing activities across Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services.
  • Monitor testing progress and quality metrics to ensure readiness.

Defect Management & Resolution

  • Oversee defect tracking, prioritisation, and resolution.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to address issues.

Production Readiness & Go‑Live Support

  • Support production readiness activities and go‑live cutovers.
  • Validate testing outcomes to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.

Experience

  • You have 12+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
  • You have strong experience managing enterprise banking testing programs.
  • You have worked on Core Banking Transformation projects.

Technical Expertise

  • You have knowledge of Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services domains.
  • You are familiar with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • You are skilled in SIT, UAT, and End‑to‑End testing methodologies.
