Job Description

  • Experience in Change management principles, process improvement, project management in both methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Process Improvement/ Process Mapping/ Process Analysis
  • Knowledge of IT common terms , common logic for development & implementation process
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication skills both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company

Qualification

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT, or related fields, with 3–5 years of experience in Project Management within complex organizations, including expertise in Change Management and Process Improvement principles.
  • Technical & Analytical Mastery: Proficient in project management methodologies, data analysis tools, and Process Mapping/Analysis, with a strong understanding of IT common terms and development logic.
  • Strategic Communication: Advanced skills in presenting analytical insights to executives and the ability to proactively identify and report project risks or issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Leadership & Quality Control: Proven ability to maintain project standards and quality while integrating modern IT technologies into PMO practices and managing stakeholder expectations professionally under pressure.
  • Professional Attributes: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with proficiency in both Thai and English.
