System Analyst (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage technical solutions to enhance and optimize the companys core systems, including POS, TMS, Pickup Counter, OMS, and more.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of all system designs and implementations.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Analyze system functionality and propose improvements or solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Oversee the integration of new software solutions with existing systems to ensure compatibility and smooth operations.
• Identify gaps between current systems and business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Design program architecture and establish connections between various systems.
• Develop IT systems to meet the requirements of various departments on a daily basis.
• Supervise program development to ensure timely completion according to established timelines.
• Manage changes in system requirements (Change Requirements) to align with user needs and resolve system issues promptly to avoid workflow disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in systems engineering, system analysis, or similar roles in the software development or IT industry.
• Extensive experience in enterprise system architecture, development, and integration (ERP, POS, Loyalty, CRM systems).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and expertise in business process optimization.
• Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and delivering projects on time.
