Solution Architect

Job Scope

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Design solution architecture, including system structure, components, and integration
• Define and document solution requirements, specifications, and development phases
• Lead and manage solution design reviews to ensure quality and alignment
• Ensure solutions align with business strategy and enterprise technology standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers across workstreams
• Support end-to-end solution delivery from design through implementation
• Review and validate software solutions, including design and code quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or solution architecture
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in design review, requirement review, and code review processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
