Our client is a US-based high-technology small business that provides RF sensing and signal processing solutions using revolutionary technology. Located in the beautiful and flourishing town of Bozeman, Montana, this 18-year-old company is poised for substantial growth and is seeking a VP of Operations/COO to help them along this exciting journey.

This is a hands-on executive level role. Will partner with the CEO to help strategize and plan the company's operational future, while overseeing the organizations day-to-day operations. The VP of Operations/COO will have a dynamic and flexible attitude, willing to jump in and handle various things such as assisting with program management and some aspects of business development, tracking resources and overhead, even getting your hands dirty helping out with field tests if needed.

What will the ideal candidate look like?

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help grow the organization.
• An engineering background, and knowledge of the RF sensing and signals processing industry is a huge plus.
