Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Developer to take ownership of Technical, Functional, and Operational support requirements

Using your Dynamics 365 experience and knowledge you will work with stakeholders to deliver, support & improvement initiatives interfacing with partnering support teams where required.
You'll be a key member of a new capability within our team and help assist the APAC team in unlocking the benefits of the Dynamics 365 technology suite.
Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be a specialist in the D365 CE Solution, remaining abreast of enhancements and versions of the Microsoft D365 Customer Experience solution
- Support and perform maintenance activities
- Assist, troubleshoot and support business with issues and improvement requests
- Provides support and education to users
- Build packages & deploy Dynamics 365 CE objects
- Support and perform testing activities required for new releases, enhancements and fixes
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience providing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE product end-user support
- Build packages & deploy Dynamics 365 CE objects
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Infrastructure, Azure D365 Deployments, Integrations and Customizations within Dynamics 365 CE in order to estimate, build the solution blueprint and establish credibility
- Understanding of competitive technology enables the architect to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with customer solutions hosted on, non-Microsoft platforms.
- Knowledge of planning, testing and deploying Dynamics 365 CE solutions

- Your annual salary will depend on skills and experience.
