Pakistans leading executive search firm, The Catalyst Group, is hiring a Coordination Engineer for our client, Mughals Pakistan, a top construction company in Pakistan.

Department: Engineering

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the site and head office.

• Review BOQ, specifications, and drawings to ensure contract compliance.

• Submit and track test reports, material demands, and approvals.

• Assist Site Coordination Engineers and QS with ERP-related queries.

• Maintain and update project logs, reconciliation statements, and site documentation.

• Coordinate procurement, submittals, and verification of subcontractor payments.

• Support project coordination and procurement teams as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (UET, NUST preferred).

• Fresh graduates or 2-3 years of experience.

• Strong documentation, coordination, and ERP skills.

Salary:

PKR 70,000 (Fresh graduate), PKR 100,000 - 120,000 (2-3 years experience)

No site travel required. Each Coordination Engineer will manage one site.
