Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our International Import Freight division. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Management
  • Lead an independent sales unit focusing on Import & Inland verticals

  • Achieve Sales Performance Indicators (SPI) and revenue targets

  • Ensure CRM compliance for self and team

  • Maintain strong follow-up on receivables to ensure timely recoveries

  • Conduct joint customer visits to enhance retention.

2Business Development

  • Identify and engage target customers across industries

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth

  • Expand market presence by exploring new verticals and revenue streams

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular performance reports as per SOPs

  • Analyze sales trends and team performance

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Pakistan's freight forwarding industry (Mandatory)

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and teleconferencing tools

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
