About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager Export Operations, preferably a female candidate, with hands-on experience in international freight forwarding exports. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, process-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to manage operations, pricing, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to RFQs with competitive air and ocean freight pricing

Negotiate with carriers (airlines/shipping lines) to secure best possible tariffs

Oversee export operations in line with SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Implement and manage TMS/ERP systems; train team members on digital tools

Analyze performance reports and suggest process improvements

Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and branch offices

Lead and support the export operations team, ensuring timely execution and reporting
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in freight forwarding

Proficient in industry-related technology tools (TMS, ERP, CRM, etc.)

In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and export documentation

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
