About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager Export Operations, preferably a female candidate, with hands-on experience in international freight forwarding exports. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, process-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to manage operations, pricing, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to RFQs with competitive air and ocean freight pricing

• Negotiate with carriers (airlines/shipping lines) to secure best possible tariffs

• Oversee export operations in line with SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Implement and manage TMS/ERP systems; train team members on digital tools

• Analyze performance reports and suggest process improvements

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and branch offices

• Lead and support the export operations team, ensuring timely execution and reporting

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in freight forwarding

• Proficient in industry-related technology tools (TMS, ERP, CRM, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, and export documentation

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
