Pakistans leading executive search firm, The Catalyst Group, is hiring a Planning Engineer for our client, Mughals Pakistan, a top construction company in Pakistan.

Department: Engineering

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project construction schedules using MS-Project/Oracle Primavera P6.

• Coordinate with the General Manager Engineering to finalize and submit project timelines.

• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and assist in submission.

• Monitor project progress, highlight key delays, and update schedules monthly.

• Compile Executive Summaries, Monthly Progress Reports, and Job Planning documents.

• Prepare technical submissions for tenders and extract cash flow projections.

• Develop project pre-requisites (QC Plan, EHS Plan, Site Safety Plan, etc.).

• Plan and submit slab formwork rotation and pour plans to the Client/Consultant.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience in planning and project scheduling.

• Proficiency in MS-Project, Oracle Primavera P6, and report preparation.

Salary: PKR 150,000 - 200,000 (3-5 years experience)
