The Catalyst Group is looking to hire a Creative Marketing Head for its client, Maria.B, a leading name in the fashion and retail industry.

Position Title: Marketing Creative Head
Location: Raiwind, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: Monday - Friday (9:30 AM 4:00 PM); availability required for shoots

About the role:

M. Basics, the essentials wear line under Maria.B, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Creative Head to lead its creative strategy and execution. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy aligned with M. Basics’ brand values, consumer trends, and business objectives
  • Translate strategic briefs into actionable creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives
  • Define and evolve M. Basics’ brand identity, ensuring consistency and differentiation in a competitive market

2. Campaign Ideation & Execution

  • Lead the conceptualisation, design, and execution of creative marketing campaigns
  • Oversee production of high-quality assets, including photo shoots, video shoots, social media content, e-commerce visuals, print, and outdoor advertising
  • Work closely with the PR team to develop a compelling brand narrative

3. Brand Identity & Consistency

  • Ensure the visual and tonal identity of M. Basics is consistently maintained across all brand touch points
  • Update and refine brand guidelines to reflect evolving trends and business goals
  • Oversee brand representation in external collaborations and strategic partnerships

4. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages bold and original ideas
  • Provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in creative output.

5. Trend Analysis & Innovation

  • Stay updated on fashion, design, and cultural trends to drive creative differentiation
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify unique brand positioning opportunities
  • Experiment with new technologies and creative formats to enhance audience engagement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital marketing, product development, e-commerce, and retail teams to align creative strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and stylists to bring brand campaigns to life
  • Partner with PR and social media teams to amplify brand storytelling

7. Performance Measurement & Optimisation

  • Track and analyse the impact of creative campaigns using key performance metrics
  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine and enhance creative strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand strategy, or related roles within the fashion industry
  • Prior experience with leading women’s fashion brands

  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful fashion marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives
  • Strategic yet hands-on approach someone who takes ownership and drives execution
  • Strong leadership abilities can build and inspire a high-performing creative team
  • Trend-savvy & innovative ability to integrate fashion, cultural, and digital trends into campaigns
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
