Own end-to-end execution of programs and experiences—from planning and coordination to on-ground delivery and follow-up—ensuring smooth operations and high-quality participant experiences.
[h2][b]Key Responsibilities[/b][/h2]
[h3][b]1. Operations & Coordination[/b][/h3]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Manage registrations, participant communication, and databases.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Plan and execute logistics (venues, schedules, facilitators, materials).[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Coordinate programs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Support budgeting, cost tracking, and basic P&L reporting.[/li][/ul][/ml]
[h3][b]2. Program Execution & Experience[/b][/h3]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Lead on-ground execution of sessions, events, and experiences.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Manage the full participant journey (inquiry → experience → follow-up).[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Host participants and ensure a smooth, engaging experience.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Handle issues proactively and coordinate with facilitators/partners.[/li][/ul][/ml]
[h3][b]3. Communication & Content Support[/b][/h3]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media interactions.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Support content creation and capture on-ground moments.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Ensure consistent, professional communication across platforms.[/li][/ul][/ml]
[h3][b]4. Administration[/b][/h3]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Oversee daily office operations, vendors, and supplies.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Maintain an organized and well-functioning workspace.[/li][/ul][/ml]
[h2][b]Working Requirements[/b][/h2]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) + flexibility for events[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Weekend availability required (weekday off in lieu)[/li][li indent=0 align=left]High ownership, reliability, and responsiveness expected[/li][/ul][/ml]
[h2][b]Profile[/b][/h2]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]1–3 years in operations, events, or similar roles[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Strong communication and coordination skills[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable on-ground[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Interest in experiential or community-driven work[/li][/ul][/ml]
