With rapid expansion underway, they are looking for someone to own and scale their people function. [h3]Role Overview[/h3] This is a [b]high-ownership, non-traditional HR role[/b] focused on building and managing the full people lifecycle — with a strong emphasis on [b]performance, learning, and culture[/b]. [h3]Key Responsibilities[/h3] • Own end-to-end talent lifecycle (hiring → onboarding → performance → growth) • Build and manage [b]performance tracking systems[/b] (revenue, retention, feedback, etc.) • Lead [b]learning & development[/b] initiatives, especially for instructor growth • Oversee hiring across studio, operations, and head office roles • Drive [b]data-backed people decisions[/b] [b]• Manage employee relations, culture, and team dynamics[/b] [b]• Build scalable systems for hiring, performance, and development[/b] [h3]Ideal Candidate[/h3] • 4–7 years of experience in [b]HR, Talent, or People-heavy operations roles[/b] [b]• Strong ownership mindset[/b] and ability to operate in ambiguity • Comfortable with [b]data, metrics, and performance management[/b] [b]• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills[/b] [b]• Experience in high-growth / startup environments[/b] preferred • Strong alignment with [b]health, wellness, and women’s fitness[/b] [h3] [/h3] [h3]What Makes This Role Unique[/h3] • Direct impact on [b]women’s health, fitness, and community building[/b] [b]• Opportunity to build systems from scratch[/b] [b]• High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams[/b] [b]• High-growth environment with real ownership[/b]
