[b]The Catalyst Group is hiring an HR Lead (People & Talent Strategy) its client, Intellia - a next-generation AI strategy and advisory firm.[/b]
Intellia operates at the intersection of [b]AI, data, and strategy[/b], working with governments and enterprises (primarily in the GCC) on high-impact, large-scale transformation agendas. With a consulting model inspired by firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, the firm is building a high-caliber, globally competitive team.

This is a [b]foundational HR leadership role[/b] focused on building and scaling the firm’s people function — from attracting elite talent to embedding a high-performance culture.
You will work directly with leadership to shape how Intellia hires, develops, and retains top-tier talent in a global consulting environment.
[h3]Key Responsibilities[/h3]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Define and execute [b]talent strategy and workforce planning[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Build structured pipelines from [b]top universities[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Design and run a [b]best-in-class recruitment process[/b] for consulting roles[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Establish [b]performance management and career progression frameworks[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Build and embed a [b]high-performance, ownership-driven culture[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Develop [b]learning and capability-building programs[/b] for consulting teams[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Set up and manage [b]core HR systems, policies, and operations[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Act as a [b]strategic partner to leadership[/b] on hiring, org design, and people decisions[/li][/ul][/ml]
[h3]Ideal Candidate[/h3]
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]5–7 years of experience in [b]HR, Talent, or People roles[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Background in [b]consulting, high-growth startups, or global organisations[/b] preferred[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Exposure to [b]international markets / overseas clients[/b] is important[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Strong ability to work with [b]high-caliber, intellectually rigorous teams[/b][/li][li indent=0 align=left]Structured thinker with strong execution capability[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Comfortable in a [b]lean, high-ownership environment[/b][/li][/ul][/ml][h3]
