Do you have experience managing busy beach venues, terraces, or large events?

Were hiring an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a well-known beach club on the Dutch coast. The season is in full swing, and we need someone who can hit the ground running.

About the Role

You be part of a three-person management team, focusing on Front of House operations. During the summer, you help lead a large team cross the restaurant, beach terrace, and event spaces. You keep teams organised, service smooth, and guests happy.

What You Do

• Oversee daily FOH operations

• Support recruitment, training, and scheduling

• Maintain clear service standards and SOPs

• Work closely with kitchen and events teams

• Stay present on the floor and lead by example

• Help adapt operations for seasonal demands

About You

• Based in or near Noordwijk

• Fluent in Dutch (essential)

• Experience in busy terraces, beach clubs, or event venues

• Strong team management and communication skills

• Positive, hands-on, and calm under pressure
