Position: Head Chef
Location: Amsterdam

A new high-end Mediterranean restaurant is opening soon in Amsterdam inspired by the energy of Barcelona, with a focus on fresh seafood, premium meats, and bold sharing plates.

Were looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the project now. You will be involved in shaping the concept, building the team, and leading the kitchen from pre-opening through to launch in late 2024 or early 2025.

The restaurant will serve over 160 covers with a buzzing bar area designed for people who love great food and a lively dining experience.

You Need

• Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef background in high-end, lifestyle restaurants
• Expertise with seafood and Mediterranean/Spanish/French cuisine
• Experience running large, fast-paced kitchens (160+ covers) with busy bar service
• Hands-on leadership style and a passion for mentoring
• Full work rights in the Netherlands and be located in Amsterdam
