About the Role:
Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to lead partner development and accelerate growth through strategic channel programs. This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep experience in the UCaaS and VoIP space, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a channel growth strategy that expands our footprint within TSDs, Master Agents, and Trusted Advisors

Onboard, train, and activate new channel partners to drive consistent deal flow

Build strong relationships with partner sellers to become their go-to voice and communications expert

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales engineering, support) to ensure partner success from enablement to implementation

Represent the brand at channel events, trade shows, and partner summits

Track KPIs, forecast pipeline, and deliver regular performance reporting
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within VoIP, UCaaS, or telecom

Proven success building and managing relationships in the TSD and indirect sales ecosystem

A strong understanding of how to position recurring revenue solutions

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

High comfort level with CRM tools and partner portals
