    Job Title: Channel Manager UCaaS & VoIP Solutions - West Region

    About the Role:
    Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to lead partner development and accelerate growth through strategic channel programs. This role is ideal for a self-starter with deep experience in the UCaaS and VoIP space, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a channel growth strategy that expands our footprint within TSDs, Master Agents, and Trusted Advisors
    • Onboard, train, and activate new channel partners to drive consistent deal flow
    • Build strong relationships with partner sellers to become their go-to voice and communications expert
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales engineering, support) to ensure partner success from enablement to implementation
    • Represent the brand at channel events, trade shows, and partner summits
    • Track KPIs, forecast pipeline, and deliver regular performance reporting

    What You Bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within VoIP, UCaaS, or telecom
    • Proven success building and managing relationships in the TSD and indirect sales ecosystem
    • A strong understanding of how to position recurring revenue solutions
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • High comfort level with CRM tools and partner portals
