Job Description:
Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The individual will be the senior executive who manages the company's
product and technology strategy. The position will be responsible for
maintaining the existing product and technology offering as well as
development of new service offerings from conception to launch continuing
through lifecycle management of the service. The position will report to the
President of the Company. Role will be responsible for ensuring that the
product and technology offering of the company meets customer needs and
aligns with the company's overall strategic plans and goals.
Some of the responsibilities of a CPO/CTO shall include:
- Product and Technology strategy: Developing and executing a product and
technology strategy that meets market demands and aligns with the company's
goals - Team management: Leading cross-functional teams, including offer
management, product modeling and business case modeling, retail pricing, cost
management, carrier/vendor/supplier relationship management, service designs,
sales engineering and margin management - Product vision: Defining the company's product vision and communicating it to
stakeholders - Product roadmap: Creating, planning, communicating and achieving the
companys overall product roadmap - Market trends: Staying up-to-date with market trends, distributor requirements
and customer preferences to ensure the product and technology offering
remains competitive and aligned with the marketplace - Performance metrics: Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and metrics to assess
product performance. Provide data analytics and reporting to achieve various
performance measurements for the company, distributors and individual
contributors. - Stakeholder management: Meeting the demands of internal and external
stakeholders, including customers, distributors, employees and top
management
The position will lead and manage approximately 25 team members at various
locations across the company.
