Senior Channel Sales Manager
Location: Boston, MA, Connecticut, Oregon, Washington, or Boise, ID (Required)

Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth and success of our channel partnerships. This role is focused on recruiting, onboarding, and managing high-performing channel partners across a diverse networkincluding TSDs, TSBs, agents, and strategic resellers. The goal? Drive adoption of cutting-edge VoIP and POTS replacement solutions, with an emphasis on both general business applications and specialized verticals like Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and empower channel partners to sell VoIP and communications solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch and execute partner-led demand generation campaigns.

  • Identify and activate new partner relationships that drive incremental revenue.

  • Engage in a co-selling model with internal Account Executives to close deals.

  • Conduct joint sales calls to support partner-led customer engagements.

  • Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to the overall sales strategy for your region.

  • Serve as the voice of the partner and customer to internal teams, offering insight to improve product, service, and support.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in channel/indirect sales, particularly in telecom or IT.

  • Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, POTS, MS Teams integrations, and connectivity solutions.

  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and deploying scalable sales strategies.

  • Experience driving results with a variety of channel partners.

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

  • Passion for building culture rooted in accountability, growth, and performance.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

  • OTE Range: $130,000 $210,000 per year (base + commission)

  • Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and regional market standards.
