Senior Channel Sales Manager
Location: Boston, MA, Connecticut, Oregon, Washington, or Boise, ID (Required)
Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth and success of our channel partnerships. This role is focused on recruiting, onboarding, and managing high-performing channel partners across a diverse networkincluding TSDs, TSBs, agents, and strategic resellers. The goal? Drive adoption of cutting-edge VoIP and POTS replacement solutions, with an emphasis on both general business applications and specialized verticals like Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and empower channel partners to sell VoIP and communications solutions.

Collaborate with marketing teams to launch and execute partner-led demand generation campaigns.

Identify and activate new partner relationships that drive incremental revenue.

Engage in a co-selling model with internal Account Executives to close deals.

Conduct joint sales calls to support partner-led customer engagements.

Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to the overall sales strategy for your region.

Serve as the voice of the partner and customer to internal teams, offering insight to improve product, service, and support.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

8+ years of experience in channel/indirect sales, particularly in telecom or IT.

Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, POTS, MS Teams integrations, and connectivity solutions.

A track record of exceeding sales targets and deploying scalable sales strategies.

Experience driving results with a variety of channel partners.

Ability to clearly communicate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
-
OTE Range: $130,000 $210,000 per year (base + commission)

Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and regional market standards.
