About Us:

We are a partnership between a UK-based commercial cleaning company and a Bosnia-based start-up, focused on expanding the UK client base. We are seeking a highly skilled business development and sales professional with a proven track record in hot lead generation and UK market experience for the long-term.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients in the UK market. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a clear track record of securing business opportunities in B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and client acquisition in the UK.
  • Identify and qualify hot leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and networking.
  • Handle calls with professionalism and confidence, building rapport with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in key industries (e.g., property management, offices, gyms, commercial facilities...).
  • Schedule and manage introductory calls/meetings with decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our operations team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
  • Provide regular reports on progress, KPIs, and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development / sales / lead generation ideally with UK-based clients.
  • Strong portfolio or track record of successfully delivered results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and call handling skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other lead-gen tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver consistent results.

Preferred:

  • Marketing strategy and campaign management.
  • Organic lead generation through content, outreach, and networking.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for visibility and inbound leads.
  • Social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Building and managing sales funnels.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to align outreach efforts.

Location:

Based in Sarajevo or Bosnia & Herzegovina (remote work possible).
