Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to assist our Senior Account Manager in handling a portfolio of high-profile UK accounts. This role is a hybrid of account management & client relations, recruitment, and staff management. You will be hired by a local startup (3 month employment contract with a month probation, paid training) but will report directly to the UK management team at The Clean Network.

We are not looking for a passive task-executor. We require an individual with the professional essence and upbeat energy to solve problems independently, offer process improvements, and grow into leadership roles as we expand.

Daily Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Account Support: Assist the Senior Account Manager with handling client accounts by resolving support tickets, managing client-specific requirements, and maintaining direct communication with key stakeholders while overseeing daily logistics such as Amazon procurement, consumable stock levels, and shift assignments within our staff management software.
  • Administrative & Recruitment Phase: Lead the end-to-end recruitment of cleaning staff. Duties include posting vacancies in the ATS & Career site, screening and interviewing shortlisted candidates, and forwarding successful profiles to HR. In low-volume periods, you will optimize document templates and internal SOPs.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage "live" shifts (e.g., late evening starts). You will be responsible for ensuring all staff are on-site and resolving any last-minute crises or scheduling conflicts in real-time, colorful examples being - cleaner's travel & commute issues, client requesting to postpone the cleaning as the meeting is taking longer than planned etc.

Key Duties

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary bridge between UK clients and field staff.
  • Tech Management: Maintain workflows and schedules within Google Workspace and Monday.com, be the person in charge of the ATS & Career site.
  • Crisis Management: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or staffing emergencies immediately.
  • Business Growth: Provide feedback and solutions to improve service delivery and internal efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; must be comfortable communicating with major UK brands and businesses.
  • Location: Ideally based in the Sarajevo Metropolitan area (for local synergy).
  • Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working without constant supervision.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive), ATS experience and experience with project management software (Monday.com preferred) or similar.
  • Availability: Willingness to work an evening shift, Mon-Fri, starting at 12:00 PM UK time (1pm CET); 8 hours total (7 hours effective work, 1 hour lunch) with incidental overtime (from time to time / a few mins).
