Team Lead Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Architect to lead a team of licensed architects responsible for reviewing, validating, and refining AI-generated architectural layouts. The role includes hands-on planning review, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

This position includes training abroad to master the platform and workflow.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of licensed architects

• Review architectural layouts and ensure design accuracy

• Provide corrections and technical guidance to improve deliverables

• Maintain consistency and quality across all projects

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize workflows

• Oversee performance metrics and task allocation

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Architect (required)

• 2.5+ years of architectural experience

• Strong knowledge of space planning, standards, and technical details

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies

• Experience leading teams or mentoring advantage

• Strong English communication skills
