3D/Revit Team Lead

We are seeking a 3D / Revit Team Lead to oversee a team producing 3D models, renderings, and visual assets based on architectural layouts. The role requires strong Revit expertise and the ability to maintain high-quality visual standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small 3D/Revit team

• Create and refine 3D models based on provided layouts

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in Enscape renderings

• Review team outputs and provide detailed feedback

• Collaborate with architecture teams to align on design details

• Maintain efficient workflows and quality processes

What We're Looking For

• 2.5+ years of experience in 3D modeling or Revit

• Strong experience in Revit and Enscape (required)

• Background in architecture, graphics, visualization, or design

• Previous leadership/mentoring experience strong advantage

• Strong eye for detail, proportion, and visual quality

• Good English communication skills
