Backend/Platform Engineer

What Youll Do

• Design and develop backend systems using Python
  
• Take a leading role in system architecture and technical decisions
  
• Work on infrastructure, environments, and CI/CD
  
• Build and scale core platform components
  
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and data
  

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience with Python
  
• Hands-on DevOps experience
  
• Experience building systems or platforms from scratch
  
• Strong architectural and system-level thinking
  
• Comfortable taking ownership and technical responsibility
  
• At least 4+ yrs of experience

Also Relevant

• Background in Java with motivation to transition to Python
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Startup or small-team experience
