Key Responsibilities

  • Detailed Planning: Transition permit plans into comprehensive construction/working drawings
  • BIM Management: Utilizing shared models and generating detailed design documentation, ensuring high-level accuracy and coordination.
  • Standard Alignment: Master and implement specific client templates, graphic standards, and foreign building codes.
  • Direct Collaboration: Act as an integral part of the client'sdesign team, communicating regularly with international architects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Architecture; PRC license preferred.
  • Experience: At least 4 years experience. Proven track record in Residential Planning and high-rise documentation is preferred.
  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Revit & BIM workflows is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Portfolio: Candidates must present technical drawings/details showcasing Revit proficiency.
