Job Description:

Position: Team Lead

About TCF and STEP Foundation:

TCF is an Indian philanthropic foundation established by Ashish and Manisha Dhawan in April 2021. Skilling, training and employability for prosperity (STEP) has been incubated as a non-profit under the TCF Network.

STEP was founded in 2025 as a think tank and ecosystem enabler for India’s skilling, training, and employability landscape. By strengthening the systems architecture of skill training and employability, we enable better matching between demand and supply, leading to sustainable livelihoods. This is achieved through data and evidence systems, institutional strengthening support, policy advocacy, and improved capital flows.

Since inception, the STEP team has worked alongside MSDE, NCVET, Niti Aayog and INVEST UP on revamping India’s skills ecosystem.

At STEP, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside, and be mentored by, the brightest minds from world class institutions including ISB, Kellogg School of Management, Chicago Booth School of Business and more.
