Role Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented HR & TA Operations Manager to run the day-to-day people operations and recruitment operations for The Convergence Foundation and allied organizations. This is an execution-focused role ensuring smooth hiring coordination, accurate HR data, clean documentation, and consistent process upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
TA Operations
Coordinate interviews (scheduling, updates, feedback collection).
Maintain RMS (Manatal) stages, tags, and recruitment trackers.
Prepare offers, run basic document checks, and support pre-joining.
Maintain organized folders for CVs, scorecards, and approvals.
Publish a weekly hiring pipeline and offer status reports.
HR Operations
Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave updates, and HRIS hygiene
Coordinate performance cycle reminders and track closure.
Maintain compliance files and standard HR documentation.
Respond to basic policy/process queries and support day-to-day HR needs.
General Ops & Process Support
Maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and trackers.
Draft clean JDs, mailers, and basic collaterals (Canva).
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and strong follow-through.

Interviews confirmed in advance; timely feedback logged.
Clean, audit-ready HR and TA documentation.
Consistent onboarding experience; updated HR and TA trackers.
Reliable reporting with no data gaps.
Must-Haves
36 years in an HR generalist role.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills and documentation discipline.
High attention to detail and ability to manage volume work.
Clear written communication and process orientation.
