About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the TCF TA team in identifying exceptional talent across sectors for TCF and its portfolio organizations. Youll get hands-on experience in recruitments, research, and execution an ideal role for those looking to explore careers in talent, HR, or the impact sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, mapping, and reaching out to top candidates for open roles
- Conduct market and talent pool research across nonprofit, consulting, and corporate sectors
Support candidate outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks
Maintain and update the internal hiring database and candidate tracker
Help in drafting job descriptions and preparing screening material
Coordinate interview schedules and help in candidate communication and engagement
- Sit in on TA strategy discussions and contribute to team planning
What Were Looking For
Strong research, communication, and organization skills
Interest in talent, leadership, or human capital in the impact sector
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in recruitment, research, or HR (even in college societies) is a plus
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and Google Workspace
