About the Convergence Foundation
The Convergence Foundation (TCF) is an Indian philanthropic foundation dedicated to catalyzing rapid and sustained economic growth to enhance the lives of all Indians. Established by Ashish and Manisha Dhawan in April 2021, TCF builds on their legacy of impactful philanthropy, including the founding of transformative institutions like Ashoka University and the Central Square Foundation.
Our mission is clear: to transform the lives of all Indians through rapid, sustained, and inclusive economic growth. To achieve this, we focus on seven key program areas that influence job creation, human capital development through education and skilling, and strengthening state capacity to deliver outcomes.

Hiring Overview
As part of our broader talent efforts, the TCF Talent Acquisition CoE is helping share opportunities across our network for a few of our partner organizations. These roles sit within independent institutions that are doing important work in their respective thematic areas to drive systemic change and impact, and all hiring decisions will be made directly by them.
These roles offer a unique opportunity for professionals especially those from top-tier management consulting firms to work on high-impact, large-scale challenges that directly improve the lives of millions of Indians.
The Partner Organizations We are hiring for:
Air Pollution Action Group (Manager and Lead role and between 3-8 years of experience)
A-PAG is focused on strategic implementation of solutions to combat air pollution. We support the efforts of NCAP and our initiatives and flagship programs have been implemented in 4 geographies and we are expanding our work. A-PAG solves for Air Pollution by working with central and state governments. A-pag identifies bottlenecks in policy implementations, builds pilots and solutions and further scales across geographies.
Foundation for Economic Development (Multiple Lead roles up to 8 years of experience)
FED is trying to structure India's outlook by unlocking Economic Growth opportunities. FED has identified areas where we can create a value chain of reforms and are working with 5 of the biggest Indian states to shape their export strategies. Our goal is to create value and sustain a Year on Year growth of 10%. Some of our workstreams include Deregulation, Ease of Doing business and Export roadmaps.
Aikyam Foundation (Manager and up to 5 or 6 years of experience)
We are setting up Aikyam to support the early-stage initiatives of Mental Health and Heritage Conservation. Aikyam will work very closely with non-profit institutions, parallel contributors like academic institutions for philanthropy and roadmap design for non-profits.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
Come with strong analytical and research skills, from a top-tier consulting background.
Have 3 to 8 years of experience in high-performance environments.

Compensation
Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy sector benchmarks and commensurate with experience.
