Our work spans program design, institutional capacity building, and ecosystem development particularly in partnership with state governments, educational institutions, and mission-aligned organisations.

Role Overview
The Program Manager will play a central role in driving early implementation efforts across Aikyams mental health portfolio. This includes supporting strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, research, and internal systems-building.
This is a high-ownership, mid-level role suited for someone who enjoys working across functions, managing multiple workstreams, and shaping new ideas into structured programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support design and early execution of Aikyams mental health initiatives
- Coordinate with ecosystem stakeholders, research partners, and potential collaborators
- Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Conduct research and landscape studies to inform program strategy
- Contribute to internal knowledge systems, communications, and reporting
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in public policy, consulting, research, social impact, or allied fields
- Strong execution and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, design processes, and manage partnerships
- Interest in youth mental health and system strengthening
