About Aikyam Foundation

Aikyam Foundation is a philanthropic organisation focused on strengthening youth mental health systems in India. We fund early-stage initiatives and provide hands-on strategic support to address critical gaps and enable scalable, long-term impact.

Founded in 2024 by Manisha Dhawan (Founding Trustee, The Convergence Foundation), Aikyam is committed to driving system-level change through collaborative, values-driven engagement.

The word Aikyam means oneness, unity, and identity principles that guide how we work and who we partner with.

  • Support design and early execution of Aikyams mental health initiatives
  • Coordinate with ecosystem stakeholders, research partners, and potential collaborators
  • Manage timelines, track progress, and ensure alignment across workstreams
  • Conduct research and landscape studies to inform program strategy

  • 2-5 years of experience in public policy, consulting, research, social impact, or allied fields
  • Strong execution and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, design processes, and manage partnerships
