Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter specialized in Transportation. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various transportation roles. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job openings, networking with potential candidates, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain talent pools and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, particularly in the transportation industry
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create, update, and manage job postings
- Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - OR 2 years experience
- Experience in remote recruitment is a plus
