Core Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms using industry-standard frameworks and languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features
  • Review and contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues within the mobile codebase
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development process
  • Maintain and improve existing mobile application features while managing technical debt
  • Stay current with emerging mobile development trends, tools, and technologies
  • Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing initiatives

Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum of four years of professional experience in mobile application development for iOS or Android platforms
  • Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter, depending on the platform focus
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to translate design mockups into polished, responsive interfaces
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services and SDKs into mobile applications
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working within CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a team-first attitude
