These are direct-hire, W-2 positions with established carriers — not temporary assignments and not lease-to-own arrangements. Available routes include dry van, flatbed, and temperature-controlled freight across regional, dedicated, and over-the-road configurations. Carriers serve industries including food and beverage, retail distribution, automotive parts, and general commodities. Pay structures, home time frequency, and freight types vary by account, and we work to ensure every driver is matched to the best available fit based on their individual goals. ### Core Responsibilities - Operate a Class-A commercial vehicle safely and in full compliance with all federal, state, and company transportation regulations - Execute assigned routes on schedule while maintaining accurate trip documentation including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and inspection reports - Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report all mechanical deficiencies to dispatch immediately - Accurately maintain Hours of Service logs using an Electronic Logging Device in strict accordance with DOT regulations - Ensure all cargo is properly loaded, secured, and documented prior to and throughout each transport - Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, or unexpected road conditions - Conduct yourself professionally at all customer facilities, loading docks, distribution centers, and inspection points - Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in service-ready condition at all times ### Must-Have Requirements - Valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License issued by any U.S. state, currently in good standing - Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience required; OTR, regional, or dedicated route experience preferred - Clean Motor Vehicle Record — no more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years - No major violations, DUI or DWI history, or preventable accidents in the past 3 years - Must successfully pass a DOT pre-employment physical examination and drug and alcohol screening - No current or recent enrollment in a Substance Abuse Professional program - Demonstrated familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices and current Hours of Service regulations - Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship - Ability to meet all DOT physical requirements, including lifting and handling up to 50 pounds when required ### Benefits and Perks Drivers gain access to carrier opportunities offering competitive, retention-focused compensation packages designed to attract and keep experienced professionals, including: - Annual Base Pay: $62,504 – $78,624 per year based on route type, mileage, and experience level - Home Time: Weekly home time available on dedicated and regional accounts; bi-weekly for over-the-road positions - Sign-On Bonuses: Available on select accounts for qualified and fully credentialed applicants - Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage with eligibility typically beginning within 30 to 60 days of hire date - Paid Time Off: Vacation and personal time accrual beginning from date of hire on most carrier accounts - Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained tractors with consistent preventive maintenance schedules; assigned trucks available on select fleets - Freight: Consistent no-touch freight on select dedicated accounts; hazmat and flatbed endorsement pay premiums apply where applicable - Safety Bonuses: Quarterly and annual incentive pay for drivers maintaining clean safety and compliance records - Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with employer contribution matching available on select carrier accounts ### Screening Questions 1.
