Monday- Friday 8hr days

Working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm. No weekends

Responsible for completion of day-to-day Patient and Physician Access and general system business office function Performs a variety of clerical and administrative functions and leads and guides activities of assigned clerical staff General patient and physician interface via phone, fax, and EMR components.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 1+ year of clerical experience Basic typewriting and computer skills (data entry or word processing) Basic Office Equipment

Good communication skills (verbal/written)

Multi task oriented

Must have 1 year of Healthcare experience as a Front Office, Certified Nursing Assistant or as a Medical Assistant. Call center experience is preferred.

Duties: Scheduling patient appointments. Call and verifying patients benefits
