Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, adaptable team member to support a fast-paced beauty retail environment. This role combines customer service, reception support, and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day store performance. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a high-traffic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Support store operations including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at point of sale
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Assist with administrative and reception duties as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or operations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
