Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for full-time positions within a large senior living and continuing care retirement community. Candidates will provide skilled nursing care to residents across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPN and CNA staff on assigned unit
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor resident condition and document accurately in compliance with facility standards
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of practice required
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care, senior living, or acute care experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and documentation skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
