Location: Multiple domiciles — 46 states
Average Earnings: $1,423 per week — approximately $74,029 annualized
Position Overview
Our client is hiring CDL-A drivers for a nationwide beverage distribution account operating in every region of the United States. Freight on this fleet is dry van, no-touch, running all 48 lower states.
Home time comes every two weeks, giving you a clear, repeatable schedule you can plan your life around while still running the miles that make the paycheck. Average earnings on this account run $1,423 per week, approximately $74,029 annualized.
Key Responsibilities
You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally at all times, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring your hours of service, and keeping your logs accurate and current in accordance with federal regulations and company policy.
You will transport freight on schedule across all 48 lower states, following assigned routes, planning fuel and rest stops sensibly, and communicating proactively with your fleet manager when weather, traffic, or a customer delay puts a delivery window at risk.
Loads at some locations are drop-and-hook, while others involve live unloading or live reloading.
Drivers run two to three weeks out with two to three days off between runs.
You will verify load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery, secure freight correctly for transit, and complete bills of lading and delivery documentation accurately so the customer's records and yours agree.
You will represent our client professionally at every customer location, maintain the condition and cleanliness of your assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues promptly so they are addressed before they become a breakdown.
Requirements
A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required, along with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. You must meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history are required. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with all federal testing requirements throughout your employment.
Drivers are hired from 46 states across the country, so this fleet suits drivers almost anywhere in the lower 48.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior dedicated account experience is preferred, particularly on fleets with consistent, repeating routes where familiarity with the lane and the customer builds real efficiency.
A clean safety record, consistent on-time performance, and a track record of steady tenure with previous carriers all strengthen an application. Drivers who communicate well with dispatch, handle customer contact professionally, and take care of their equipment tend to do well on dedicated accounts like this one.
Compensation and Benefits
Average earnings on this account are $1,423 per week, approximately $74,029 annualized. Pay is made up of: Mileage pay; Safe and On-Time Bonus.
Home time: Home every 2 weeks. Two to three weeks out, followed by two to three days at home.
Equipment: condo sleeper trucks and 53' dry van trailers, all automatic transmission. There are currently 50 openings on this fleet.
If the fleet's start point is in a different state from where you live, the company covers your travel out to orientation - bus or flight - and pays for your lodging while you are there.
We place drivers directly with the fleets we represent, and we stay with you through the process — application, orientation scheduling, and the first weeks on the account. If this fleet is not the right fit, we recruit for a range of dedicated, regional, local and team accounts nationwide and will point you toward one that matches your home time and earnings goals.
