This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in professional staffing and a hunter mindset. The focus is on new client acquisition across mid-size and enterprise markets, with offerings that include direct hire, contingent staffing, and managed service programs.

Role Summary:
Seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to lead new business development within the staffing industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of closing mid-market and enterprise accounts and is well-connected within the talent acquisition and workforce solutions space. This role is 100% remote with occasional travel to industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new accounts across Fortune 1000 and mid-market segments
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding
  • Promote direct hire, contingent staffing, and MSP-style services
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships at multiple decision-making levels
  • Represent the company at key staffing industry conferences and events
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.)
  • Proven ability to acquire new business in staffing or managed services
  • Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or VMS models preferred
  • Strong relationships within talent acquisition, procurement, and workforce program communities
  • Confident communicator with consultative sales skills and strategic thinking
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Must be tech-savvy and proficient with Zoom, CRM tools (Dynamics preferred), Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel 23 times annually for conferences
