Our client is South Africas leading multi-media trade and technical magazine publishers and exhibition organisers focused on the Mining, Plumbing, HEVCAR and Construction industries and they are looking for a Senior Writer to join their team as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and take responsibility for their industry with a team with a view to commercial sustainability.
• Build and maintain strategic industry relationships.
• Proactively create original relevant content in the required format for all platforms within required timeframes.
• Engage with the industry through events and social media platforms.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Bachelors / Honours Degree majoring in Journalism and English

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Min 3-5 years trade and technical / business to business writing experience
• Ability to articulate to a qualified / experiences audience
• Communication
