As part of the hiring process, we will collect and process your personal data, conduct background and continuous character reference checks. Personal Data shall include information for identification and other personal circumstances, contact information, employment preferences, educational and employment background, personality attributes, skills, licenses, certifications, and other credentials, organizations and affiliations, and government-issued information and/or certifications or clearances. Collection of your Personal Data shall be made thru various channels such as third party background checks, and application forms, interviews, and online tests as well as assessments which you have completed. 

The   information you will provide and the results of the assessment will be kept confidential and will be used solely by  The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation for your application in determining whether to hire you for employment purposes.  

I recognize that in connection with my job application and other character reference investigation, I may be subjected to a background checking and character evidence gathering. Thus, I authorize The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation (TGLFC) and its designated representative to gather information pertinent to a valid and declared purpose in connection with my application, and in case of acceptance as TGLFC’s employee as a continuous character investigation. 

I hereby request the submitted names, address and contact details of the Company where I previously worked to divulge any or all information verbal or written pertaining to me. 

I also undertake to get the necessary consent from the named reference in compliance with the Data Privacy act of 2012.

I understand that any misrepresentation and/or falsification of any fact may result in cancellation of my application and/or acceptance for the position in TGLFC, and that further to this any negative findings on my character once found even if I already onboarded on the position applied can be a valid ground for administrative sanction as provided in the pertinent HR Policy.

By consenting above, any information, submitted will be retained in compliance with the Data Privacy Act, and will only be used to notify you if there is an open position within the company where your credentials matched.
