Our client, the market leader in telecommunications in Kosovo, specifically in providing broadband Internet and cable TV services, as well as OTT services (TV application), is looking for a Marketing Manager  in Prishtina.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the daily marketing operations, leading the internal team, and developing integrated campaigns in close collaboration with the Sales department. The position has a managerial and operational nature, with involvement in strategic planning, brand development, and support of commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities


• Manages and leads a team of 6 people across different marketing functions.
• Plans and executes the marketing strategy across all channels.
• Works closely with Sales on sales-driven campaigns.
• Develops and maintains the brand identity.
• Manages various campaigns, including: TV advertising, Radio advertising, Billboards, Digital marketing, Social media, D2D materials, Stands, SMS/Email marketing, Flyers, Promoters, etc.
• Coordinates creative agencies, media agencies, and external partners.
• Develops promotional partnerships and sponsorships.
• Monitors campaign performance and ROI.
• Participates in management meetings and contributes to strategic discussions.

Candidate Profile


• We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
• Proven experience in a managerial role (team leadership).
• Experience in managing integrated campaigns (offline + digital).
• Close collaboration with Sales / Commercial departments.
• Experience in industries such as Telco, Media, Broadcasting, or Pay-TV is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of branding and media planning.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Notes


• Location: Prishtina, Industrial Zone
• Seniority level: Mid-Senior to Senior Management.
• Experience in relevant industries is preferred due to the nature of the business.
