For our client, one of the leading distribution companies in Bulgaria, we are seeking an experienced Business

Controller.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and report on the company's commercial and logistics operations, evaluating operational and

financial performance.

Assess business processes across sales, logistics, and production, focusing on improvement and overall

strategic planning.

Create forecasts and projections for revenue and expenses, developing a budgetary plan for operations.

Develop and maintain financial forecasting models covering sales, expenses, cash flow, and earnings.

Review key business indicators and produce monthly business reviews, Budget and P&L KPIs, and

Operations KPIs.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies across operations.

Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other executives, providing analysis and insights to support business

strategy.

Focus on revenue, expenses, and profitability within a specific business unit or division.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Business Administration.

5–10 years of experience in a similar field and position.

Knowledge of sales, logistics, and production, with familiarity in finance and accounting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent math and research skills.
