Our clients team is growing fast and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us accelerate client acquisition and expand our impact across the real estate sector.
Role Overview
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by generating new business opportunities. Youll engage with real estate companies, property managers, landlords, and decision-makers, introducing them to our innovative web and mobile solutions. Your mission is to create qualified meetings for our Account Executives by executing high-volume, strategic outreach minimum 100 calls per day.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) to real estate professionals and companies
Achieve a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to drive lead generation
Qualify prospects needs, challenges, and fit with our proptech solutions
Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Zoho CRM
Customize messaging to different real estate market segments (residential, commercial, property management firms, etc.)
Support lead nurturing initiatives alongside marketing
Consistently hit and exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and leads qualified
Requirements
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
German language skills are a strong plus
1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or software industries
Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
Experience working with Zoho CRM or similar platforms
Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of rejection
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Nice to Have
Previous experience selling to real estate or property management sectors
Knowledge of proptech trends and real estate industry challenges
Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (BANT, SPIN, etc.)
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
