As our client expands their suite of products and grows their engineering team, were looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner (PO) to own the development lifecycle and help bring our vision to life.
Role Overview
As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business goals, user needs, and the development team. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, maintaining a healthy product backlog, and ensuring that our teams are building the right product in the right way.
Youll work closely with product managers, designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders playing a central role in shaping our proptech products and driving execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog for one or more cross-functional teams
Translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable user stories and requirements
Define acceptance criteria and ensure features are delivered to a high-quality standard
Work closely with the development team to plan sprints, clarify requirements, and resolve blockers
Collaborate with product leadership on roadmap planning and strategic alignment
Engage regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and value delivery
Conduct user story mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions
Act as the voice of the user during development, ensuring were solving the right problems
Review and accept completed work based on defined acceptance criteria
Track product KPIs, collect feedback, and iterate accordingly
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a software or SaaS environment
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management
Experience with B2B web and mobile applications, ideally in the proptech or real estate space
Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or equivalents
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in English (French or German are a plus)
A user-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Nice to Have
Experience working directly with real estate technology platforms
Familiarity with product discovery techniques, A/B testing, and analytics tools
Background in UX/UI collaboration or design thinking processes
Experience with Zoho Projects or Zoho ecosystem tools
