For our client, a leading electricity distribution company, we are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join an organization committed to delivering stable and secure energy through advanced infrastructure, digitalized operations, and alignment with global green energy transition trends.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Windows systems infrastructure and application systems supporting billing, email, internet browsing, file sharing, intranet publishing, auditing and monitoring, data storage, etc.;
  • Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots system hardware and software;

  • Performs and coordinates installations and ensures effective performance of advanced operating system software and hardware on servers;
  • Installs new software versions, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software-related issues;
  • Supports and maintains end-user requests, including troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training;
  • Plans and executes procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other appropriate IT-related procedures;
  • Maintains, monitors, analyzes system components and provides recommendations regarding computer system security; monitors network, computer, and disk usage;
  • Inventories and provides accounting for organizational resources including software, servers, workstations, and laptop systems;
  • Conducts software and hardware evaluations, provides technical analysis, and implements systems to meet company IT objectives;
  • Collaborates with a team to automate management tasks, improve processes, and perform standard administration functions as needed;
  • Responsible for managing IT systems to meet strategic goals;

  • Obtains and/or maintains necessary technical certifications for continuous growth and success.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;

  • MCSA / MCSE / CCNA certifications are an advantage;

  • Over 6 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory Administration in environments supporting over 500 users;

  • 6+ years of experience with VMware and other virtualization technologies;

  • Over 6 years of experience with Windows 2016+ Exchange Infrastructure;

  • Over 3 years of experience with Internet Information Server (IIS), Web, FTP, SMTP, and WSUS;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Active Directory 2016+;

  • Strong expertise in VMware and virtualization technologies;

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016+;

  • Experience working with Anti-Spam technologies;

  • Experience in server hardware maintenance;

  • IT monitoring experience;

  • Experience with backup solutions;

  • Strong knowledge of networking layers, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS;

  • Experience with operating system imaging technologies;

  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in server and systems administration;

  • Working knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft server and client architecture

  • Experience in architecture and implementation of data storage and management solutions;
  • Practical knowledge of storage and data management products, Intel-based servers and storage systems;
  • Experience maximizing system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configuration and proactive server monitoring;
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and willingness to assist in any project.
