For our client, a leading company in the financial services sector, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the commercial vision and growth of the company in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the companys commercial strategy and framework, including:

    • New product development and updates to existing offerings.

    • Building and expanding a partner network (strategic partners, retail chains, small and medium traders, cash partners, brokers, credit agents).

    • Designing and implementing the company's marketing strategy across both digital and offline channels.

  • Drive the execution of sales and marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Department to align commercial efforts with customer expectations and service standards.

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and growth channels.

  • Lead strategic partnerships and develop impactful collaborations.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, and market adaptation.

  • Analyze and report on sales and marketing KPIs to the CEO on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Define, assign, and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial teams.

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through recruitment, training, development, and performance management.

  • Design and manage compensation and incentive structures to support goal achievement and team motivation.

  • Foster a results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team culture.
