For our client, a leading electricity distribution company, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist to join an organization committed to delivering stable and secure energy through advanced infrastructure, digitalized operations, and alignment with global green energy transition trends.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts cybersecurity risk analyses to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across all systems, processes, and operations;
• Regularly reviews and updates cybersecurity policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory mandates;
• Leads and supports internal cybersecurity audits to assess technical and procedural controls;
• Documents system migrations and security changes, ensuring full traceability and compliance with security baselines;
• Acts as the primary point of contact for physical security audits, coordinating facility access reviews and equipment inventory verification from a cybersecurity perspective.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
• Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Information Assurance is preferred;
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, CIA, or ITIL v4 are highly desirable;
• Experience in cybersecurity risk management, internal auditing, and policy governance;
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar;
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills;
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and regulated environments with a high degree of professionalism.
