Our client, who operates in the consumer goods retail industry, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager in Prishtina.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing daily marketing operations and developing integrated campaigns in close collaboration with the Sales and Commercial departments. The position has both managerial and operational responsibilities, with involvement in strategic planning, brand development, and supporting overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and executes the marketing strategy across all channels.
• Develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns (offline and digital).
• Works closely with Sales on performance-driven campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develops and maintains brand positioning and identity.
• Manages various campaigns, including TV advertising, Radio advertising, Billboards, Digital marketing, Social media, In-store materials, SMS/Email marketing, Flyers, Promoters, etc.
• Coordinates with creative agencies, media agencies, and external partners.
• Develops promotional partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
• Monitors campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI.
• Participates in management meetings and contributes to strategic discussions.

Candidate Profile

• We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior marketing role.
• Experience in managing integrated campaigns (offline + digital).
• Close collaboration with Sales / Commercial departments.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods industry is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of branding, media planning, and promotional activities.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Notes

• Location: Prishtina
• Seniority level: Mid-Senior to Senior Management.
• Experience in relevant industries is preferred due to the nature of the business.
