                                Site QA & Warehouse Manager (SQA&WM)

a. Job Highlights:

The SQA&WM ensures the integrity, safety, and compliance of all materials, equipment, and processes supporting the AHFS operations and maintenance. This role oversees warehouse operations, manages inventory, and enforces quality assurance protocols in accordance with military aviation standards.

b. Key Responsibilities:

1) Implement and maintain QA systems aligned with regulations (MIL-STD, AS9100).

2) Conduct inspections and audits of incoming parts, tools, and equipment.

3) Monitor maintenance procedures and flight readiness processes for compliance.

4) Investigate non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.

5) Maintain documentation for traceability and regulatory compliance.

6) Liaise with flight instructors, technicians, and QA officers to ensure standards are met.

7) Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.

8) Maintain accurate inventory records using military systems (e.g., SAP, GCSS-Army).

9) Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive and mission-critical components.

10) Coordinate logistics for flight operations and maintenance schedules.

11) Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages or overstock.

12) Manage hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in accordance with safety protocols.

13) Supervise warehouse staff and conduct training on inventory and safety procedures.

14) Collaborate with procurement teams and flight operations to align warehouse activities with
training schedules.

c. Threshold Conditions:


1) Military logistics training or equivalent civilian experience in warehouse management.
2) Familiarity with aviation supply systems and helicopter maintenance support.
3) Experience with inventory management software (e.g., CMPlus, GCSS-Army).
4) Knowledge of military property accountability and fiscal procedures.
5) Eligibility for security clearance to handle restricted materials and data.
6) Strong organizational and leadership skills.
7) Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
8) Effective communication and coordination across departments.
9) Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for inventory control.
10) English proficiency level – B2
